Data Retention Policy
How long Kampra keeps different categories of data.

1. Active accounts
Customer Content and account data are retained for the life of the account.
2. Cancelled accounts
Following cancellation, Customer Content is scheduled for deletion within a reasonable window unless retention is required by law or legitimate business need. Backups age out on their normal cycle.
3. Logs
Security and application logs are retained for a period appropriate for investigation and compliance and then deleted or aggregated.
4. Requests
