Privacy Policy

How Kampra collects, uses, and protects personal information.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Kampra processes personal information when you use the Services or visit our websites. Kampra is designed to support compliance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. Jurisdiction-specific rights are described below.

2. Information we collect

Account data (name, email, workspace, authentication identifiers). Billing data processed by our payment processor. Customer Content you upload or connect. Usage and device data (logs, IP address, browser, timestamps). Communications you send us.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate users; to process payments; to communicate about the Services; to comply with law; to detect and prevent abuse; to generate aggregated analytics.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (product improvement, security, fraud prevention); consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies); and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share personal information with subprocessors listed in our Subprocessor List, with your ecommerce or advertising platforms when you connect them, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] Kampra may transfer personal information across borders using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Specific transfer mechanisms and data residency options must be finalized based on Kampra's hosting footprint.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal reasons, as described in our Data Retention Policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Submit requests to privacy@trykampra.com or through in-product privacy controls.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact privacy@trykampra.com.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. See our Security Overview.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. The "Updated" date reflects the latest version.
