User Content Policy
Ownership and responsibilities for content you upload.
1. Ownership
You retain all rights in Customer Content you upload or connect. Kampra does not claim ownership of Customer Content.
2. License to Kampra
You grant Kampra a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you.
3. Generated Outputs
Subject to third-party model terms and applicable law, you may use Generated Outputs for your business, provided you comply with our AI Acceptable Use Policy. Generated Outputs may not be unique to you and similar outputs may be produced for other users.
4. Your responsibilities
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Customer Content and to grant the licenses above. You must not upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
5. Removal
Kampra may remove Customer Content that violates law, our policies, or third-party rights.
