Subscription Terms
How Kampra subscriptions work.

1. Plans
Kampra offers subscription plans with different feature entitlements and usage allowances. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
2. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing cycles unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
5. Trials
Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
6. Taxes
Fees exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
