How Kampra handles requests from government authorities.

1. Legal process
Kampra requires valid legal process appropriate to the type of information sought and the jurisdiction of the requester.
2. User notice
Kampra will notify affected users about requests unless prohibited by law or where notice would create a risk of harm.
3. Emergency requests
Emergency requests involving imminent threats to life or serious injury may be evaluated on an expedited basis.
