Notice and takedown procedure for United States copyright claims.

1. Designated agent

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] Kampra will register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Agent contact details will be published here after registration.

2. Notices

DMCA takedown notices must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material and its location; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; a statement made under penalty of perjury; and a physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

4. Repeat infringers

Kampra terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
